[GATOS]Avview compile problems - again trouble with TCL/TK

When running configure I get the following errors:
        ./configure: line 6919: SC2_PATH_TCLCONFIG: command not found
        ./configure: line 6921: SC2_PATH_TKCONFIG: command not found
        ./configure: line 6923: SC2_LOAD_TCLCONFIG: command not found
        ./configure: line 6925: SC2_LOAD_TKCONFIG: command not found
I'm running debian with tcl version 8.4.4. 
I've installed the latest avview and ffmpeg tarball.

Any Ideas?
