#370 Shortcuts to indent tasks / allow keyboard-only task creatio

I'm just checking out GanttProject and creating the task structure for my current project.
To allow easy adding of a batch of tasks, it would be great if there were shortcuts to indent/unindent the currently selected task and move it up or down via keyboard shortcuts.
Since I've seen that there's already a feature request to collapse/uncollapse task groups, which has apparently already been implemented in CVS, I'll not repeat this here.

Shortcuts for indent and unindent are tab and shift+tab
