#6 GO, patch and new files for linux build

The patch is to add plugins.cfg in the build it will
find where OGRE's Plugin folder. Also fixes the
Samples with a main function for linux, and in
Sample_Common_Ogre.h a conditional if around the
windows header file include. So it will not affect
windows build

new files:
Samples/Common/bin/plugins.cfg.in
Samples/Common/bin/resources.cfg.in
