Would it be possible to permit rotation of counters in 45 degree increments?

If I could find a dev who would stay active, I would be happy to put
that on the table. Currently, I do not have any active developers, and
sadly, I myself am not a proficient coder.

Thanks anyway. Perhaps someone will step in to help one day!

does the walker choose the path, or the path choose the walker?

it would be helpful if there were "build instructions". a fresh checkout from the SVN repo does not build. i am guessing there are dependencies that must be manually assembled since the project is ant based and not maven/ivy/gradle based.

a simple listing of dependencies needed to bootstrap dev would be helpful.

also, consider moving the project to github. sourceforge is a bit behind the curve.
