After extensive play with my friends using this program.

Total: 5071 rolls (d20)
Average: 10.175
Standard deviation: 5.76

So unless anyone has contravening evidence, even with a confidence level of 99.9%, the true population mean should be in an interval of 9.91 to 10.44.
So I say with just 0.1% of a doubt, that people are being ROBBED of at an average of 0.06 for every single damn roll.
