A-ha, Tom, you're a fricking genius =3D) Most isometric games use= a 2:1 tile size ratio (32x16, etc.) so yes, going to a 2:1 aspect= ratio would preserve the total size horizontally and vertically. I think Sebastian made a good observation as well that flicking= the wrist left/right is much faster than pushing up/down. Brian |
