There are of course different versions of  msxml, just installed one
software which required me to fetch an update from Microsoft.
(the software was actually clever enough to automatically download it,
except that it was not clever enough to do the download for
non English localized WindowsXP, and I think the required download
package is not that clearly named on Microsoft site...)
