You can already do this with Quake:

	1. make a shortcut to quake.exe
	2. edit the shortcut properties
	3. add -exec Jeff.cfg to the "Target:" command line
	4. click OK
	5. rename the shortcut "Jeff's Quake"
	6. rinse and repeat for Pauline.cfg
