Now, that would be very dependant on the country your are in. Denmark have 
pretty rigid register laws. I am not at all certain that what you suggest 
would be legal in Denmark, unless the user was explicitly made aware of 
this.

Of course, if you choose to ignore everything but the US of A you couldn't 
care less.
