I agree that CS still is not as good as some commercial alternatives.
But I object
to not giving any support. We very actively support our users. There is
a mailing list,
a message forum, an IRC channel (a VERY active one), and bug and support
trackers. In general I think we support our users VERY well.

Depends. In this particular case CS is Open Source. So you can always
modify it
to suit your needs.
