[GD-General] A free sound lib able to play MP3 and WAV with pitch control ?

Does anybody know where I could find a good free lib that can playback MP3
and WAV with a pitch control ? (yes, I need the pitch control in a video
game :))
With or without DirectSound, doesn't matter for now... (evaluation step !)
