[GD-Windows] Changing C++ settings with a VC macro ?

Hi, 


In order to automate the generation of the bindings
file for SWIG, I would like, using a VC macro, to
create SWIG files, and set the 'custom build' values
to call SWIG exe.

Is it possible to change the settings of a file with
the macro ?
