You need to download the entire Platform SDK, and install=20
it for your language of choice. Note that you need to separately=20
re-configure MSDEV to point at the new headers/libs rather than=20
the ones that it comes with. Platform SDK is not a component of=20
MSDEV, in Microsoft parlance, AFAICT.

It may be that there's actually EnumDisplayDevicesA and=20
EnumDisplayDevicesU, and you need to pick up the appropriate=20
#define to get it linked.
