[GD-Windows] MS Platform SDK for IA64

I've searched all over the MSDN site, and so far I can only see the MS
Platform SDK for IA64 available via CD for a token amount of money
(<$10).  In the past they've also made it available for download -- does
anyone know if it is?  I've searched all over and can't find it, and the
last time I went ahead and ordered a CD for an SDK from them (PPC2002
SDK) I found the link the next day =|
