https://winqual.microsoft.com/Default.asp Is the site where you can sign your company up to be able to receive the crash and hang reports from Windows XP. I think you have to pay $400 for a Verisign ID, to make sure you really are who you say you are, but then you can get access to your crash reports. I have worked with a couple of developers to get them signed up - the access site is a little primitive right now, but should improve in the future. MiniDumps are awesome - My No.1 reason for switching to VS.NET for development.
