[GD-Windows] memory allocation routine with alignment

Is there a windows equivalent for GCC memalign() which is like malloc but
you can speficy the byte alignment you want for the ptr e.g. memalign( 64,
1000 ); will return a ptr which is 1000 bytes long and starts on a 64-byte
boundary.
