[GD-Windows] how to limit memory available to application

Hello,

I need to test how my application behaves in tight memory conditions.
There used to be a tool called Stress in the old versions of Visual Studio,
but now I can't seem to find it.
Can you suggest anything other than actually running on a PC with little RAM?
