[GD-Windows] cursor over titlebar

Hi,
I hide the mouse cursor using ShowCursor(0) when my app is activated, so
that the cursor doesn't appear over the window. However, I would like to
show it when it's over the titlebar, to allow the user to move the window.
Any hints would be appreciated!
