[GD-Windows] Getting Windows logo for Web page

I'd like to put up a Windows logo next to the link to purchase CC for
Windows.  Anyone know the "proper channels" to get such a thing?  I saw
the logo certification at microsoft.com, but that looks like overkill
for what I'm doing.
