Depends on your definition of "works".  After we had multiple
developers editing a single file and lost many hours of work due to
SS's brain-dead "merge", we switched to CVS.  I can live without
context menus inside visual studio if the underlying source code
control system isn't going to lose my changes.

I would never recommend SS to anyone based on my experience with it.
