[GD-Windows] directx installer

hiya!

so we gotta have some detection in our installer so we can decide whether to
install the win2k DX file or the
win95/98/me version...sorta sucks but I put it in there...

now what about windowsXP?  According to MSDN its windows version 5.1(win2k
is version 5.0 and win9x/me is version 4.x)... so it looks like windowsXP
will use the win2k DX installer

can anybody confirm? :))
