Look for WM_NCMOUSEMOVE and show it when you see those.
The question becomes one of when to hide the cursor again.
If you only hide on regular mousemove, then the user may
be fast enough that his cursor escapes your window without
first passing through the NC area. TrackMouseEvent may
help here, perhaps.
WM_NCxx == non-client area window messages.
