This has been bugging me too. I was thinking of trying to run two bat files
(pre-build, and postbuild) to move it in to be used and then back out again
just to keep it seperate from all the binary stuff and make it easy to zip
up my "run" folder without needing to delete the ilk all the time to save
space. I havent actually tried it out yet, but maybe that idea can help ya
some.
