And, as always, the bug is discovered 30 seconds after sending out the
e-mail. =) Apparently it had something to do with Set/ReleaseCapture()
not allowing it to restore...or something. So basically I don't call
Set/ReleaseCapture() when the window is minimized and the problem seems
to have gone away.
