Heh, I ordered it from O'Reilly when it was mentioned on gamedev.net 
before its release.  I was surprised to find that my total was $0, but 
when I called O'Reilly, I was told that I will be charged the actual 
price when it was released.  I haven't had a chance to read it yet. 
Harry Potter was one of the reasons.  B-)
