Thanks for your time, the response time is not critical for me.
My current setup is Firebird 2.5.6 (Classic) with libOdbcFb.so 2.0.2,
i've seen an libOdbcFb.so version 2.0.4 available on firebird site.
Version 3 of firebird not tested yet.
