Expanded tax and shipping. Admin definable fields for
these on a per site, even per album, and even... per
object basis opens the door for creating commerce for
any kind of object, not just print services.

Agreed - this requires work on the back end pricing storage
to be completed first, and hence will be delayed until the
same time or later than per-item pricing.
