#5 Flush Cart

Ability to flush or 'empty' objects from a cart. When
a user selects Add Album to Cart, a very useful
function, if they have however done this by accident,
they need the ability to empty the cart and start over
from the View Cart screen.

Agreed - need to make the distinction between selecting and
deleting all items from the cart, and just flushing those
with no quantity set.

Cart can be completely emptied in Checkout v0.1.10. Have
left this request open to allow for only zero-quantity items
to be removed from the cart.
