#21 Basic checkoutemail form validation

Is it possible to add some basic validation of form
fields to the checkoutemail modules customer order
entry form (Details.inc).
Suggestions:
1. mandatory field y/n for (almost) each field
2. email validation checking if email address field
is filled by customer
