>From the drupal side, we should be able to realize pretty much anything we want. Before looking at the implementation, let's discuss how it should work in more detail. - Admins can promote people to having blog rights. Let's call them bloggers. - Bloggers can create and publish blog posts. No moderation necessary. - Published blog posts are listed in the blog-categories they are tagged to. - Admins can promote published blog posts to appear on the front page of GMC. - We show a list of blog-categories in a sidebar block. - Blog categories (or tags) include: G2-development, G1-development, categories for each integration, categories for modules, themes, ... - There's also a page that lists all blog posts and aggregated blogs from other websites (h0bbel, ckdake, ...). Challenges: - How to add a sidebar block to the frontpage of GMC? We don't really have any screen real estate for that. Mockups would be welcome. - Is there another way to give the blog posts more visibility? Maybe a "blogs" link in the top menu? - Andy Christian Mohn wrote: > Makes sense to me, seems like a natural "hierarchy" and in > tune with the general "Gallery way".
