Post-upload review for fast keyword entry

I've it rather time consuming to upload a set of
pictures and go through each one adding appropriate
keywords and titles.
How about if during upload you could mark the pictures
as "pending review". Then at some point in the future
view all pictures pending review in an interface
optimized for entry of title and keywords.
Interface
---------
Ideally, such a keyword review interface would have
the following features:
- easily select number of pictures displayed on a page
- page backwards and forwards between pictures under
review
- each page contains x thumbnails with edit boxes for
the titles and keywords
- as well as edit fields, include quick selectors
which show the last 10 or so keyword/title entries
used. Selecting an entry from these automatically
fills in the edit box.
- once done, press a 'finish' button and all pictures
that have keywords assigned will be no longer
marked "for review"
Rationale
---------
I've found it quite common that photos from the same
roll of film will frequently have common keywords, so
the quick-selectors would be a real time saver. The
idea of marking pictures for review allows you to
carry out many uploads, perhaps over long periods of
time, then enter the review feature to carry out
keyword entry at a later date.
