#1715 [G2] Import album from another Gallery installation

I have my own gallery, but I also am involved with two
other galleries (a club one and a friend's). I think it would
be *great* if on the Add Photos screen I could just put in
the URL to someone else's gallery, and then Gallery
would grab those photos. If I put a gallery URL into the
URL section of the Add Photos page now, it will only
grab the thumbnails.
