Make sure you install some Truetype fonts (eg try to pinch Arial etc from Windows) and use sans-serif; that makes it much more readable. There were patches for GTK+ and Mozilla a while ago that were supposed to make it use AA fonts, but it didn't make any difference for me, except for forcing me to use an uglier GTK+ theme than usual. Someone also posted a URL for a screenshot of it allegedly in action to this list, but there was no sign of any AA on that either! -- TH * http://www.realh.co.uk |
