#113 Missing german translations

I'm using galculator 2.1.3 and I'm seeing in the menu bar a few entries which are not translated into german:

• In Edit -> "Paste and Append to Display Value"
• In View -> "Paper Mode"
• In Calculator -> "Notation modes" -> "Reverse Polish (RPN)"

can you please check there if your changes have been included?
