#12 Please add an option for multiple notifications per contact

Could there be an option to not replace popups from the same contact with new ones, but to display them all (stacked)? Along with #1830203, it would allow monitoring a conversation just with the libnotify balloons, without switching to the conversation window (which in my case usually lives on another workspace).
