ok,

I clean up the code a bit, removed unneeded variables and beautified the
code a bit

I also added missing #ifdefs to compile code that is pertinet to gtk2
(so it will not compile the code if we use another ui), added #ifdefs
for when gaim 0.65 is released (by defining GAIM_0_65, it will compile
for 0.65 and by undefining it it will compile for 0.63/0.64), added
prefs for auto key fetching, and I think that is it.

Well, back to debugging and creating the ui changes for auto key
fetching.
