[Gaim-e-developer] gaim-e quick start guide

Hi everyone,

I wrote a very simple quickstart guide to compile / install gaim-e.  I
plan on adding much more information to that file in the next couple of
weeks.

If you have comments/suggestions/additions please email me.
At the moment the guide assumes you aready have gpg and gpgme 
installed.  I am going to add documentation about those soon.
