#6 Save protocol files a zip archives

We need an enhanced protocol viewer, that can save protocol files as a zip compressed file.

Key features:

• New button in protocol viewer dialog that opens a file dialog to select the output zip file.
• The compression task needs to be put in a UI worker thread (AbstractUIWorker)
