Enhanced data source configuration dialog.

The current data source dialog can only configure a few JDBC databases, like MySQL, MS-SQL, DB/2, HSQL. We need a data source dialog that can configure every JDBC capable database.

That dialog also needs to implement support for MongoDB. That could get a bit tricky, as there is (of course) no JDBC driver available.
