Uploaded Version 0.65 Fedora 38

G4L version 0.65 has some major changes in build, but operation is mostly the same.
Note: Build using Fedora 38 as Build system.
Build Issue This Zip contains 2 files
First is similar to the previous ISO files uses syslinux and can be written to CD or Flash

Note: None of these options work if secure boot is enabled since know of no way to get it signed
with a MicroSoft bless (Meaning paying a ton on money to Microsoft) certificate.
Does seem there are methods to create a certificate, but that would require manually going into the
UEFI setup and manually adding the certificate. Usually, just turning off secure boot before using
and then turning it back on. Memtest86+ has same issue with there version.

That is a hybrid ISO file that can be burned to a CD or copied to an usb flash.
Uses syslinux as boot loader. No UEFI support

Second is a new setup using grub4dos as boot loader and can be written to Flash.
Has both the standard USB option and supports UEFI boot as well.
