I would like to have a disk(DVD) that has G4L and my software image on and use
G4L to install my image automatically by inserting the disk into a machine and
effectively saying "Go". Is it possible to do this and set G4L with
preconfigured parameters so that the software is automatically installed when
someone inserts the disk into a Linux machine?
Currently under development I use G4L to back up and restore the image to Linux
machines using it with FTP to our fileserver. But now I want to be able to take
the disk out into the field and do a fresh installation from a totally
self-contained disk as obviously my fileserver is not going to be available.
Any help or advice would be gratefully accepted.
thanks
Andy
