#4 corrupted parts

i've been getting alot of corrupted parts lately when
i'm downloading large files. i'm not sure if its g3 or
not, but can you add a feature where if your download
is being rolled-back because of corrupted part, you
selectively download from seeds only so that you KNOW
that the part received is not a corrupted part or
somehow improve the success rate of downloading a valid
part.
