Well, I have Delphi 2005 prof and would like to use this components. But in sources inherited from Borland (FxDb.pas, FxChart.pas etc.) in several procedures RSC check is called and error message is raised 'Application is not licensed to use this feature'. Is it legally if I remove this check from sources and will use this components with Delphi 2005 prof?

Yes. You can remove any checks.
