#9 Additional protocols by default

I think it would be very usefull for new users to
have a wider range of predefined protocols.
Simple things like https would be very usefull along
with groups such as 'web' including http and https.
Even more usefull though would be the more obscure
things like pptp and rdp that, being Microsoft
specific, are a litle more tricky to find out about.

As with sorting hosts and display them with IP's I
would like to see the protocol list include the port
number in the listing. For protocols that include a
range of ports the lowest numbered one would probably
be sufficient.

Perhaps have a tooltip listing more details? Port
range etc.

I would be more than happy to maintain the list of
protocol details if anyone would like me to.
