Good news! Thanks too for getting it working under FreeBSD!

Which version were you using? The one in the ports? That's pretty
outdated as of now, I will put out a new release soon. I don't know
though how much time will it take to get into the ports tree.

Anyway, most likely this won't make a feelable difference.
