[fuse-devel] Add FALLOCATE support to fuse

Dear, Miklos and other fuse masters

I just sent 2 patches that add FUSE_FALLOCATE support to fuse. One
patch is for linux kernel another is for user-space fuse library. I
tested these patches on Ubuntu 12.04 (with kernel built from HEAD) -
fusexmp works fine.

Please review it at your convenience. There are few places in the code
that I would like to clarify, those places are marked with "TOASK".
Please let me know if the patches have any other issues.
