Hi, I am trying to get fuse up and running on my embedded ppc system to use ntfs-3g. I've compiled my kernel with CONFIG_FUSE_FS=y. I've also created the /dev/fuse device. However, whenever I try to mount a drive with ntfs-3g, I get this error: "fuse device is missing, try 'modprobe fuse' as root". modprobe fuse doesn't work because I don't have the fuse module, it's built into the kernel...is this correct? I tracked the failure down to the open(/dev/fuse) call in fusermount.c. It returns errno=ENODEV (no such device). /dev/fuse is also not listed in /proc/devices. I'm sure I'm missing something obvious...can anyone help?? Thanks, Dan |
