fusefs-kmod-0.3.0_3
fusefs-libs-2.5.3_1
fusefs-sshfs-1.6
from the latest FreeBSD ports, plus the extra patch for sshfs:

I think that the above means that I have the following changes to the
release:
1. unprivileged_proc_debug fix
2. READs on write-only file fix
3. root directory locking fix
