AFAIK, fi-fh is private to your file system.  I have a DB backed file =
system
and its fi-fh is simply a pointer to structure that contains info about =
the
open file.  This structure is malloc'ed and initialized when the file is
opened, and then free'd when the handle is released.  This seems to work
fine.
