Summary: Write problem to EX and Dock banks in SE after .TAP loaded

Initial Comment:
I have the Spectrum SE selected and auto-loading turned off. I double click the .TAP file and hit enter to load it. I enter 128 BASIC and type:

usr 32768

to run the software. This should install a copy of the BASIC ROM in the DOCK bank and the MicroSource ROM in the EX bank. However, nothing gets written to those banks unless I reset the machine and repeat the process.
